Our favourite large pearl necklace, made by hand using 11–15mm beautifully imperfect round-ish cultured freshwater pearls. A serious statement piece often seen on the red carpet with cameras flashing
Each necklace is unique with a character and shade of its own. Big pearls are usually white with a subtle warm hint of gold or a cool silvery blue/grey hue. We don't have classic oyster cream found in standard 6-7mm pearls
We select a different clasp for each necklace depending on what looks the most fabulous. The choice is a strong magnetic clasp in sterling silver-gilt or plain brushed silver, or a large Lifebuoy clasp in 925 sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold
These necklaces are usually in stock, and if you want a specific shade / length / clasp making to order please email us directly. We hand knot our pearls onto strong silk threads 17” to 18” inches, a great length sitting at the base of the neck
